  • Max. Length per roll: NX125/2 (300 mm & 350 mm width) and NX250 (400 mm width) have the total length of 125 m per roll. NXH315/3 (500 mm width) has the total length of 250 m per roll.

Excellent cut & chipping resistance for severe operating condition

Rock Excel combines superior cut, impact and chipping resistance with excellent abrasion and ozone resistance for most severe applications such as crushed ores, wood and glass.

  • Special belt structure for impact absorption
    The combination of a special carcass structure with cushion rubber provides high impact resistance.

     

     

  • Superior cut and chipping resistance
    The most damage to belts is caused by impacts from large material. Rock Excel minimizes impact damage

     

     

  • Proven superior performance

Cut Resistance Index
The cut resistance test indicates Bridgestone FXS is double the resistance to cut damage than global standard DINX rubber.
 
Cut tips are dropped onto rubber samples. Depth of cut should be one of cut resistance index.
Bridgestone FEM analysis technology. High-tech simulation methodology is essential to accelerate its development.
